A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total workshop fee is required at the time of booking to secure your workshop date(s). The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled workshop date. If the balance is not received by this date, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
If you cancel more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled workshop date, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid. Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the workshop date are non-refundable, subject to the rescheduling provisions below. Cancellation within 3 calendar days of the workshop date, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
If you cancel within 14 calendar days of the workshop date, you may request to reschedule on one occasion only. Any request to reschedule must be made no later than 3 calendar days before the scheduled workshop date. Any new date must be mutually agreed in writing by both parties and is subject to availability. The rescheduled workshop must take place within 6 months of the original workshop date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a mutually acceptable date cannot be agreed within this timeframe, all payments will be forfeited.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to illness, insufficient bookings, venue issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date (subject to mutual agreement) or a full refund of any payments made. The Organiser is not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
The Organiser is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, flood, fire, storm, epidemic or pandemic, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, failure of utilities, or venue closure. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the workshop. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund of payments made will be issued.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to this, the Organiser’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the workshop is limited to the total amount paid by the participant. The Organiser is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, opportunity, or anticipated savings.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, and the Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
Participants agree to follow all reasonable instructions, safety guidance, and venue rules. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit to attend and participate.
